Travel-bot

NEW: Here’s a map with all the pics!

I started bringing this guy along with me on the rare occasions when I get to travel, or the rarer occasions when I see something interesting in town. I was inspired by those “traveling garden gnome” pictures. I blame the bot for any pictures that are out of focus, poorly framed, or just generally crappy. He’s small and can’t operate a camera well.

In theory, Travel-bot is not limited by my depressing lack of travel opportunities. In reality, he is; I’m too paranoid about losing my one true Travel-bot to lend him out. In a perfect world, I’d be able to find more of these. But this is not a perfect world. It is a world in which 2/3 of the Google searches for this bot pull up links to content scrapers that grabbed the original picture of him I had on Flickr. Thus, Travel-bot 2!
